The focus areas include financial stability, academic excellence, research and innovation, strategic partnerships, modernized campus infrastructure, technology integration, industry-specific program enhancement, community engagement, lifelong learning, faculty development, campus sustainability, alumni engagement, social responsibility, ecosystem development, and Indigenous education and engagement. Through this strategic plan, Laurentian University aims to foster an inclusive, innovative, and resilient academic community that is well-positioned to excel in a dynamic and interconnected world.


Methodology: Leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning Models (LLMs), Human Augmentation, and Prompt Engineering to Craft Laurentian University's Comprehensive Strategic Plan
